Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. For faulty items, or if you are unhappy with your products, please contact us.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for return requests. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by customer support. We reserve the right to decline a return due to damage or on grounds of hygiene.

Our returns policy spans a duration of 30 days. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for purchases made after this period.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, The Deva Beard Grooming team will send you an email notifying you of the receipt and whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your debit/credit card or the original method of payment as promptly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received the expected refund within three to five working days, please continue to check. Contact your bank to verify the status. Delays in processing may occur. If the refund is still not received, reach out to hello@devabeardgrooming.com.

Damaged or Missing Returned Items

If a product(s) is returned in a condition worse than received or with missing parts, The Deva Beard Grooming returns department has the discretion to issue a refund, a partial refund, or refuse the refund. In the latter case, the product(s) will be returned to the customer, with notifications regarding the outcome and reasons provided.

Exchanging an Item

For exchanges, contact us via email at: hello@devabeardgrooming.com. You are responsible for covering all shipping costs unless otherwise instructed by Deva Beard Grooming. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75.

Customers are responsible for any customs/import duties on purchases. Deva Beard Grooming accepts no responsibility for unexpected additional fees incurred after order shipment.
